TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This section contains terms and conditions of sale applied by Inveloveritas;
There are details on: purchase methods, terms of payment, shipping, cancellations, withdraw and in general all useful information for Customers, whether they are individuals or companies.

APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The general sales conditions described below (defined as follows “general conditions”) regulate the purchase contract (hereinafter “the Contract”) among the users of the site www.inveloveritas.it and the individual company Inveloveritas di Maria Francesca Maniga, based in Sassari in Via Torre Tonda 34, operational office in Cagliari in Piazza Dettori 4, VAT number 02628300903, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Sassari, Rea Number SS-191758 (hereinafter referred to as Inveloveritas).

These general conditions of sale refer exclusively to Customers qualifiable as “Consumers” pursuant to art. 3, co. 1, lett. a), of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206, that is “the natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial activity or professional activity carried out” as well as adults.

All information contained are only in Italian or English. The Customer declares to have read of all the above information and general conditions of sale, before placing the order.
Before finalizing the order of the product, the Customer declares that the purchase of the product is not connected with his professional activity, being their purchase intended for personal use.
The Customer also declares that he has the legal capacity to commit himself according to the provisions of the present general conditions.
The validation of the order implies reading and acceptance of the general conditions reported at that moment on the site.
Inveloveritas reserves the right to refuse any type of clause and / or attached document to the order of the Customer that is in opposition to and / or adds a new element to the General Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions of sales are the only ones applicable and they replace all other Terms and Conditions, except preliminary, express and written derogation.
Inveloveritas might need in some cases to modify some provisions of the General Conditions; we therefore invite Customers to consult them before any order, on the website www.inveloveritas.it.

BEFORE THE ORDER

HOW TO ORDER

The catalog is organized according to different product categories. You can get to the product form through the links to the different categories, both from the main menu and from the buttons on the home indicating the category.
Once the product has been chosen, it is possible to add it to the cart, specifying the quantity, and if possible size, colour or shape, and clicking on the ADD TO BAG button. It will automatically open the shopping bag, where you can remove items previously selected, or click on the X right at the top to continue the search for more/different products, or proceed to fill out the order form by clicking on the CHECKOUT button.
The articles on www.inveloveritas.it are generally immediately available. However,in case of simultaneous purchases of the same products by different Customers, it might happen that the availability of the product in real time could result modified, which implies that the product could be no longer be immediately available.

Any “special sales” on the site will be valid as long as the listed products are online and until stocks are exhausted.
Inveloveritas also reserves the right to notify the Customer, at the e-mail address provided, about any unavailability of the product or products purchased. In case of purchase of the product no longer available Inveloveritas will refund (on the payment card or on the Pay Pal account indicated by the same for the purchase or by bank transfer) the price and shipping costs incurred by the Customer.

HAND PAINTED ITEMS

This product has been realized with hand crafted procedures and not industrial process. Small imperfections, subsidence and ripples of the surface are deliberately present and they are a feature of the product, proving the hand-made manufacturing procedure.

With Inveloveritas there are no minimum quantities or purchase amounts: to make an order is not necessary to register on the wesite. All prices indicated are valid only for online purchases.

ORDER FORM

In the order form it is necessary to enter the data of the purchaser and of the addressee (if different) of the goods to be ordered. The correct compilation of the fields will allow the order to be processed more quickly and to allow faster delivery. No delivery is allowed at Post Office and P.O. Box.
It is possible to insert a promotional code among those distributed by Inveloveritas. Active coupon codes can give you discounts on the total order amount or shipping expenses.
Promotional codes can only be used once and it is not possible to enter more than one in the same order.

After the compilation of the data, the summary of the order will be displayed showing the goods purchased, partial and total amounts, VAT rates applied, shipping expenses. If the data are correct, payment can be made by choosing between the provided methods. In the e-mail box you provided, you will receive notification of the order submission. If payment is made by credit card, ownership of the purchased products is transferred to the Customer at the time of the transaction.

Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders received during public National holidays will be processed on the first working day.

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

The conclusion of the contract will take place only once the order will be confirmed by Inveloveritas. The Customer will receive by e-mail the order confirmation with all the informations forming the contract (including ordered products, prices and shipping costs).

Inveloveritas reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason relating specifically to a problem of supplying products, or a problem concerning the order received.
Inveloveritas can not be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the compiling of the purchase order by the Customer.
Inveloveritas can not be held responsible for any damage that may have occurred to the products after delivery to the carrier in charge of their transport as well as for delays in delivery to the latter attributable.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

You can cancel orders that have not yet been processed by promptly contacting the Customers Service

In case of payment by credit card, we will ask our bank to cancel the transaction and to transfer back the amount paid.

VAT AND CURRENCY

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 22% and expressed in Euro.
The prices of the products are final. They do not include any delivery costs, which will be indicated in the order confirmation.

Inveloveritas will apply the VAT rates foreseen by the D.P.R. 633/72 with the relative exceptions related to sales to subjects resident in the European Union or outside of it. The actual amount of VAT, if due, will be calculated at the time of ordering.
The receipt (or the electronic invoice if required) will be sent at the time of the order.

FISCAL DOCUMENTATION FOR PRIVATE CLIENTS

The goods always travel accompanied by a summary of the order (DDT) and the receipt of payment, both paper. Pursuant to art. 2, paragraph 1 of the D.P.R. 696/96 (exemption from the obligation to issue the tax document for sales for correspondence), Inveloveritas will issue the electronic invoice upon request of the Customer at the time the order is placed (by ticking the appropriate option).

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Inveloveritas sends all over world via the GLS express courier. Here are the cost table related to the place of delivery:

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an e-mail from the chosen courier for shipping or from Inveloveritas containing the code to track the shipment.
You can also check the current status of your shipment by mailing us at the contact page. Simply give us your unique tracking number which we e-mailed to you, and we will track your shipment for you.

Delivery or shipping costs are calculated when ordering simultaneously with the place of destination and the weight of the goods purchased. Discounts can be applied based on minimum orders: shipping is free throughout Italy with a minimum purchase order of 50 Euros.

Delivery times after order processing are 2-5 working days for Italy and 6 to 10 working days for the European Union and the rest of the world.
Any customs duties and charges are to be considered charged to the Customer. Any customs fees and duties are not subject to reimbursement.

RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASE

It is always recommended to check the number and integrity of packages. In case of anomalies or damage, the complaint must be made immediately in the presence of the Courier, promptly reporting the incident to Inveloveritas. Replacement and return costs will be fully borne by Inveloveritas.
Inveloveritas declines all responsibility for the acceptance of an anomalous package not verified at the time of delivery in the presence of the carrier.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Inveloveritas accepts worldwide payments with PAYPAL, credit cards through the Paypal platform and BANK TRANSFER; no registration on the platform is required.

PAYPAL

The online payments become effective at the conclusion of the order transaction; the online payments are protected and secure, with the Paypal terms and conditions, ensuring absolute privacy on transmissions of credit card informations.
For Customers not resident in the Euro area countries, the amount of the order will be automatically converted from your currency into Euro by your bank.

All credit card holders are subject to control and authorization by the card issuer. In case the card issuer does not authorize payment to INVELOVERITAS, the latter will not be responsible for he failed order.

Once the bank transfer has been made, the bank accountant and the order number must be sent to the e-mail address info@inveloveritas.it. The order will be processed 24 hours after receiving the e-mail.

WARRANTY

All Inveloveritas products are covered by a 24-month warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24 of 2 February 2002.

Inveloveritas does not sell used, irregular products with defects in materials or workmanship or of inferior quality to the corresponding standards offered on the market.
The essential characteristics of the products are presented within each product form.
The articles called “single piece” are made by hand and all different: they have been realized with hand crafted procedures and not industrial process. Small imperfections, subsidence and ripples of the surface are deliberately present and they are a feature of the product, proving the hand-made manufacturing procedure.

Any breakages, construction defects that occurred within 24 months from the date of purchase and attributable to the company after careful verification by our technicians, will give the right to repair (or possible replacement with a new supply) free of charge at your own expense no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of assessment and verification.

Defects due to accident, improper use, non-recommended washing, alterations or unauthorized repairs are excluded from the warranty.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer can withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days after receiving the goods.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier or designated by the customer himself, acquires physical possession of the last ordered good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to inform Inveloveritas of his decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit statement via e-mail.
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods “Made to measure or clearly customized”, therefore the items made by hand by Inveloveritas are excluded from the right of withdrawal, if customization by hand was approved after viewing the photo sent by e-mail.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is necessary to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

REFUND

If the customer withdraws from the present contract, he will be reimbursed all the payments he made to Inveloveritas at the time of purchase, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which he sent the notice of withdrawal.
The reimbursement will take place, free of charge, within the term of fourteen days from the date on which Inveloveritas became aware of the right of withdrawal by the Customer.
The refund may be held for more than 14 days only until the customer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods or until they have been received by Inveloveritas, whichever situation occurs first.
As required by the legislative decree 6/9/2005 n. 206 and art.55 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal regulated by these conditions of sale does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
The reimbursement includes any transport costs incurred at the time of purchase.
However, delivery costs may be charged if the Customer specifically requested an unconventional delivery method (express courier).

RETURN

The Customer is requested to return the goods or deliver them to Inveloveritas without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the start of the withdrawal procedure. The deadline is met within 14 days from the comunication of the withdrawal procedure.

The costs of returning the goods to Inveloveritas are charged to the customer.

DECREASE OF THE VALUE OF GOODS

The customer is only responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

HOLIDAYS

All purchases made from August 5th to August 25th will be processed upon our reopening on August 26th. During the same time, Cagliari’s Inveloveritas Temporary Lab will be closed.
